The brief

An agency wanted to test an employee anniversary keepsake with one client before committing budget for a national programme.

The trial had to look identical to the future bulk run, so tooling and engraving parameters could not change between the two orders.

Trial produced on the same production line and engraving settings later used for the bulk order.
Engraving parameters archived against the SKU so the repeat order matched without a new sample round.
Unit price tier confirmed upfront for both 200 pcs and 3,000 pcs so the agency could quote its client accurately.

The repeat order was released without a second physical sample, cutting roughly two weeks from the rollout timeline.
