Design files you upload to the Online Design Customizer stay in your own browser storage unless you choose to attach them to an inquiry. You can clear them at any time.

• Data we process: contact and company details, enquiry content (product, quantity, deadline, budget), uploaded logo or artwork files, email correspondence, and technical data such as IP-derived country and cookie choices.
• Legal basis (Art. 6 GDPR): performance of a contract or pre-contractual steps for quotations and orders; consent for newsletters, analytics and marketing cookies; legitimate interest for fraud prevention and securing the website; legal obligation for commercial and tax record keeping.
• Retention: enquiry data is kept for 24 months from the last contact, order and invoicing records for the statutory period (typically 10 years), and newsletter data until you unsubscribe.
• Recipients & processors: our hosting, database and transactional email providers, and freight or courier partners when a shipment requires it. Processors act only on our instructions under Art. 28 agreements.
• International transfers: data may be processed outside the EEA (including the United States and China for order handling). Such transfers rely on the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses together with additional technical safeguards such as encryption in transit.
