Sample Order Process
Order A Branded Gift Sample Before You Commit
Approve the real product in your hand — engraving depth, colour, weight and packaging — before releasing a bulk order. The sample fee is credited back against your production order, so evaluating costs you nothing in the end.
How Sampling Works
2. Free digital proof in 24h
We confirm decoration method, position and size, and flag anything that will not reproduce well before any cost is incurred.
3. Sample fee, credited back
The sample fee plus express freight is invoiced up front and credited against your first bulk order of that item.
4. Produced in 3–7 days
Physical samples are made on the same line as bulk production, then shipped by express courier with tracking.
Indicative Sample Fees
Fees depend on decoration complexity and packaging, not on your order size. Express freight is quoted separately at cost.
