Sampling & Mold Fee Terms

Every enquiry includes a free digital artwork proof within 24 working hours, showing logo placement, imprint size and colour reference. Designs you build in our Online Design Customizer are attached to your enquiry automatically.

Up to three rounds of proof revision are free; further rounds are USD 15 each.

• Blank stock sample: product cost only, plus courier. Usually shipped within 2 working days.
• Custom branded sample: USD 30–120 depending on product, decoration method and packaging, plus courier.
• Fully bespoke sample (new shape, custom mold or custom rigid box): quoted case by case with the tooling cost below.

Sample fees are fully deductible from your first bulk order invoice when the order is placed within 90 days and reaches the agreed MOQ. Courier charges are not refundable.

• Screen / pad printing plate: USD 20–40 per colour, one-off.
• Embossing / debossing die: USD 60–150 depending on size and detail.
• Die-cut knife for packaging: USD 80–200.
• Injection or die-casting mold: quoted individually, typically from USD 800.

Tooling fees are charged once. Repeat orders using the same tooling within 24 months are free of a new mold charge. 50% of the tooling fee is credited back on reorders that exceed three times the original quantity.

Tooling paid for in full by the buyer belongs to the buyer and is stored free of charge at our workshop for 24 months from the last order. It can be shipped to you at cost on request. Tooling with no order activity for 24 months may be recycled after written notice.

You keep all rights to your logo and artwork. We use it only to produce your order and, if you give written permission, in project case studies.

Written sample approval (email is sufficient) is required before mass production. Mass production follows the approved sample; minor variation in colour, wood grain, hand-finish and imprint position within industry tolerance is normal and not treated as a defect.

If the delivered bulk goods differ materially from the approved sample, contact us within 7 calendar days of delivery with photos and we will rework, replace or credit the affected quantity.
