Variable-data engraving at this volume risks spelling errors; the client also needed each tier packed and labelled for regional distribution.

Name list imported from the client's spreadsheet and proofed back as a PDF check sheet before any engraving started.
Per-item barcode labelling so each award could be sorted by region during packing.
Dedicated QC pass comparing engraved text against the approved list, 100% inspection rather than sampling.
Three packaging SKUs produced in parallel to keep the tiers visually distinct.
