Customizer FAQ
What logo file format should I upload?
Vector AI, EPS, PDF or SVG gives the sharpest result. High-resolution PNG with a transparent background (at least 1000px wide, 300dpi) also works. Avoid screenshots or low-resolution JPGs — thin lines may drop out during engraving.
What colour will my engraving be?
Laser engraving does not add colour — it removes the surface layer, so the mark shows the natural tone of the material (silver on stainless steel, dark brown on wood, white-grey on anodised metal). For exact brand colours choose screen printing or UV full-colour printing instead.
Can I use full-colour artwork?
Yes. UV full-colour printing reproduces gradients and photographic artwork. Screen printing is best for 1–3 solid spot colours and gives the most durable finish on totes and drinkware.
Does design revision cost anything?
No. Digital proofs and design revisions are free and unlimited before production starts. Our team also redraws blurry or low-resolution logos into print-ready vector artwork at no charge.
How accurate is the online preview?
The preview shows approximate position, scale and branding method so you can align your layout. Before production we send a precise digital proof, and physical samples are ready in 3–7 days.
What happens to my saved design?
Your design draft is stored in your browser and is attached to the Request A Quote form automatically — no manual upload needed. Nothing is shared until you submit your inquiry.
